As the name suggests, this is a fragrance that celebrates the abundance that our land gives us. A love song to our land. In fact, The Heart of Abundance was conceived during lockdown. A time that seemed to sit suspended. While in stillness we had the opportunity to appreciate our surroundings - to plant our feet firmly on the ground as we appreciated nature. A respite from busy lives, and a time to get back to gratitude for all that we do have..
The Heart of Abundance suggests the importance of appreciating our land; ensuring knowledge, reverence and understanding of it to live a meaningful and beautiful life. One could even imagine that this is a respectful nod to our First Nations, the caretakers of our land for thousands of years.
And while this fragrance was born out of lockdown, the abundance you get whilst smelling this fragrance conjures an imagined gathering of the most joyous kind. A feast in the bush - there is wine flowing, bush tucker cooking on an open fire, fresh fruit aplenty, wild flowers and giant fire and sandalwood trees reminding you just how small you really are.
The Heart of Abundance opens with a fruity burst that is slightly sweet, with a resinous, rich warmth and a hint of smoke. This scent remains quite full bodied and full of life and mystery with the unique inclusion of the Fire Tree note, a native tree. The Heart of Abundance has a gourmand edge to it yet it is ultimately a woody, resinous fragrance with a hint of smoke and a minerality that continues to change once on the skin.
